I wanted to have my beloved coffee table refinished, though it looked ratty and hopeless. Then along came Simon. He inspired confidence from the moment we first spoke, and his initial visit more than confirmed it. He is a pro-- knowledgeable, honest, fully cognizant of quality. His assessment of other furniture I have in my apartment--some very old, solid pieces, which could also use some sprucing up--was spot on. He took my sad-looking coffee table and just delivered it to me with only a two-plus week turnaround. It's gorgeous. His attention to detail and craftsmanship is spectacular, and he is a pleasure to deal with. I'd never use anyone else.

I found Simon through Thumbtack and he was great to work with. I had a couch, two club chairs and seven dining chairs reupholstered and he completed the job within one to three weeks...he very kindly rushed to complete the dining chairs for me in one week to be done before Thanksgiving. The quality of the work and craftsmanship was excellent. I would highly recommend using Simon and would definitely go to him for another job myself.
